For one exceptional evening, Table Set Go transformed the private dining room at Wally’s Santa Monica into an intimate, ultra-luxury tasting environment for The Dalmore. The room’s wine wall became a dramatic feature backdrop, elevated with Scottish-inspired textures, floral design, and refined details including custom leather coasters and etched snifter glasses.

Sixteen guests enjoyed a five-course tasting menu prepared by Wally’s Executive Chef, each course paired with a rare Dalmore vintage celebrating a different decade. The atmosphere was immersive, elegant, and deeply narrative—an unforgettable expression of craft and heritage.
