Taste America is the James Beard Foundation’s nationwide culinary tour, and since 2020, Table Set Go has produced the Los Angeles stop. The event celebrates the city’s culinary excellence through walk-around tastings, chef collaborations and exclusive dining events - always rooted in hospitality.

Table Set Go oversees chef outreach, menu development, sponsor activations, rental needs, layout design, and full onsite logistical and operational flow. Each year highlights the depth and diversity of Los Angeles’ food scene while honoring the Foundation’s commitment to equity, sustainability, and highlighting independent restaurants.

Through pandemic-era adaptations and the return to large-scale gatherings, Taste America has remained a signature culinary experience on the city’s calendar.
