Every year during GRAMMY Week, MusiCares honors a legendary artist as their ‘Person of the Year’. Recent honorees include Jon Bon Jovi (2024), The Grateful Dead (2025), and Mariah Carey (2026). The celebration transforms the Los Angeles Convention Center into a dual dining-and-concert experience for 2400+ guests!

Table Set Go leads the dining room’s tabletop design and works with in-house caterer, Levy Restaurants, to execute both the cocktail reception and three-course dinner service. Additional responsibilities include sponsor activations for the Arrivals Reception and Backstage Lounge, aesthetic direction, rental coordination, and front-of-house staffing support. The result is a seamless, elevated evening worthy of the honoree’s legacy.
