Summit : Detroit

Summit: Detroit brought 1100 guests together for a multi-day culinary journey through six venues across downtown. Table Set Go led the culinary program in partnership with six of the city’s most celebrated chefs, using food as the connective tissue of the event.

Across 3.5 days, the team delivered curated breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and late-night offerings at restaurants, private venues, and Detroit’s newest hospitality concept, The Department. Surprise-and-delight moments were woven throughout, with each experience designed to honor Detroit’s flavor, history, and creative resilience.

The result was a dynamic, city-driven narrative told entirely through food — aligned with Summit’s ethos of connection through shared experience.
